    CSC Speed Friending:&lt;br /&gt;

   Afterhours Jealousy&lt;br /&gt;
      Got to discuss different topics rather than sharing more personal stories, still cool!&lt;br /&gt;
  Upcoming Events:&lt;br /&gt;
   OOTB:&lt;br /&gt;
     Implementing a high level of React&lt;br /&gt;
     Dry run: RESCHEDULED Tuesday, March 23rd 4-5pm EDT&lt;br /&gt;
     Event scheduled for Thursday, March 25th 7-9pm EDT&lt;br /&gt;
   Alt-Tab:&lt;br /&gt;
     Speakers are all confirmed&lt;br /&gt;
     Dry run scheduled for Friday, March 26th at 7pm EDT&lt;br /&gt;
     Event scheduled for Saturday, March 27th 2:30-4pm EDT&lt;br /&gt;
  Internal Social:&lt;br /&gt;
     Happening right after this! Speed-friending v2, come &amp;amp; chill with everyone and meet some new faces&lt;br /&gt;
  Marketing:&lt;br /&gt;
     Started to advertise for OOTB and Alt-Tab&lt;br /&gt;
     Need to get Alt-Tab out ASAP, was supposed to happen yesterday&lt;br /&gt;
     Mainly will be focusing on speaker highlights:&lt;br /&gt;
     Rishi highlight March 22nd at NOON&lt;br /&gt;
     Alt-Tab speaker highlights starting on March 23rd, one per day until the day of the event&lt;br /&gt;
  Reps:&lt;br /&gt;
     Added MSoc reps onto Discord&lt;br /&gt;
     Writing a doc on what they feel could be improved to have more academic support in classes&lt;br /&gt;
     BOT Spring social&lt;br /&gt;
     Side project event (long term event)&lt;br /&gt;
     Advertising for OOTB + Alt-Tab&lt;br /&gt;
  Discord:&lt;br /&gt;
     OOTB channels for asking questions during event&lt;br /&gt;
     Testing ZiraBot to allow event interest roles, so we can ping people who want to hear about upcoming/new events (ty Edwin)&lt;br /&gt;
     New welcome screen for newcomers!&lt;br /&gt;
     Advertising for Alt-Tab and OOTB&lt;br /&gt;
  Design (Website):&lt;br /&gt;
     Assigned DRIs for specific parts of the site (Home, About, Get Involved, Services/Resources)&lt;br /&gt;
        DRI == directly responsible person&lt;br /&gt;
     First iteration in progress, aiming to have more to show for this week&lt;br /&gt;
     Hoping to have something after weekly&lt;br /&gt;
          Need feedback from the team!&lt;br /&gt;
  Design (Graphics):&lt;br /&gt;
     OOTB posts are ready and up! (ty Kailin)&lt;br /&gt;
     Speaker highlight outlines are good, getting ready for more details from speakers&lt;br /&gt;
  Website Committee:&lt;br /&gt;
   Backend:&lt;br /&gt;
    Tasks currently in code review&lt;br /&gt;
    Will be merged in ASAP, then start working with frontend team more&lt;br /&gt;
    Longer-term: scoping out the website work&lt;br /&gt;
  Frontend&lt;br /&gt;
    FE finishing up tickets and making PRs&lt;br /&gt;
    Adi and Steven are reviewing PRs &lt;br /&gt;

Executives in Attendance: President Kallen Tu, Vice-President Gordon Le, Assistant Vice-President Nakul Vijhani, Treasurer Neil Parikh, Sysadmin Max.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
President Kallen Tu addresses the meeting by explaining the different roles everybody had in our club. Then Kallen talked about the events which were to be hosted soon one of them was Afterhours. She discussed the rehearsals and the speakers that were attending the event.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vice-President Gordon explained the advertising part for two events (CSC and Chill, Afterhours). He gave suggestions about the type of posts that will be there for these two events. Overall, he handled the marketing part for these events.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Annie Xu explained the design of the website. Also talked about the survey that could help in getting people’s responses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Karen went forward explaining the graphics for the posts. She discussed all the graphics which were ready to be posted.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Steven went on explaining the Front-End of the website. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The meeting lasted for 28 minutes. The President moves to close the meeting and the Vice-President seconds the motion. The motion to close the meeting is ratified by the majority of those in attendance.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
