CSC Server Maintenance
There will be two downtimes from 7am to 4pm on Sunday, 2023-07-29.
- DONE - Leo: Shut everything down except xylitol and netapp and cloud

- we will try to keep caffeine up if the ups can handle it
- DONE - Max: shut down csc cloud
- DONE - raymo: Send out email about downtimes
Office terminals
- HOLD - setup the new Mac Minis (3 of them)
- we have PCs which is better
- HOLD - Frank & raymo: new hardware purchases from CIF (multiple request, think about the safe)
- X99 - CPU and RAM
- Put the Tesla M40 into the X99 board
- Power Supply: gwem and natural-flavor

Debian 12
- TODO - upgrade to Debian 12.1
- krb5 has been tested on gwem, so we should be good

Mirror
- TODO - mirror-checker-ng: Nathan, no sitrep since last termcom meeting
- debian and ubuntu works
- HOLD - reverse proxy as backup mirror

- PEND - Should we decom the progcom VM?

- HOLD - cleanup the librarian database (we still want it to be in SQLite3 since MySQL/PostgreSQL will be an overkill)

- syscom will need to know log file location and syntax (JSON being ideal)
