External Affairs

What is External Affairs

We deal with all the organisations, and people outside of CSC. Like Professors, WiCS, and stuff. Dealing MathSoc probably falls under President though. But eh

How to get professors for Prof Talks

  1. Go to your CS classes, and ask them if they wanna present
  2. Look at the past Prof talks we did, and who we invited
  3. Contact our Faculty Advisor on any potential professors
  4. Cold Email Profs
  5. Go to their doors, get on your knees, and start begging

How to get sponsors

Use something like apollo.io to find people's contact, and just mass email them. You might send like 2k, and only get 1% to reply, but that's still 20 sponsors. It's literally a number's game
Another method is to ask your family friends, and friends who may have business which could sponsor CSC.

Writting the Newsletter

Write a news letter, on basically everything that has occured in CSC.
