- Introductions - new and old web committee members introduced themselves
- Explained this term's projects
- What the projects were, the tech stacks being used, and what work was left to be done
- Asked for project preferences and any potential project ideas for future terms
- Set up a weekly recurring meeting
- Introduced the first ticket to new members which was accompanied by a document outlining the task in more detail
- Adding themselves to the "Meet the Team" page on the CSC website
