The Computer Science Club is a student-run club of the University of Waterloo governed by its constitution under MathSoc.

Mission

The Computer Science Club's mission is to:

  • promote an increased knowledge of computer science and its applications
  • promote a greater interest in computer science and its applications
  • provide a means of communication between persons having interest in computer science

Office

The CSC has an office in the Math & Computer building, room 3036. Come to the office to join the club, find out about upcoming events, work on assignments, or just hang out between classes. We also sell pop and juice to members from the office fridge.

Membership

Membership is open to anyone, however voting members and the executive must be social members of the Mathematics Society. Membership is currently $2.00 per term. To join, come to our office in MC 3036 and ask to register. You may choose to pre-register for one or more terms when you do so. Membership expires at the end of the term unless you have preregistered for the following term.
