Had our first meeting last week

Goals this term:
- CSC online membership
  - WUSA store API + webform workflow
    - Auth via UW ADFS (Microsoft UW email login)
    - Check a box to agree to MUA if signing up for first time
    - Enter WUSA store receipt details
    - Get automatically registered/renewed through CEO API
  - Will possibly eliminate cash in CSC office/MUA binder/WatCard checking at some point
- UW-wide self-hosted FOSS password manager
  - Accessible to all UW students, staff, faculty, everyone!
- CEO revamp
  - If you would like to try your hand at a termcom Python issue let raymo know!
- new mirror projects
  - Mirror disks have been upgraded and we’ll be expanding projects in the near future

Project Program Kick-off on Wednesday went really well! Lots of interest and applicants
- Huge Kudos to Adele, Zhehai, Carolyn, Siting, Peter and Joseph!!!!
- Mentor and Mentee applications have gone out and are due Oct 7
- Hoping to collab with LCS again in future events

What we did:
- First general meeting nearly 2 weeks ago, first initiative meetings one week ago
- Swag: currently researching different kinds of merch, prepared to release + sell this term, with consideration of the amazing $2k budget
- Class profile: team is reviewing the 2022 class profile survey-creating process to prepare for the 2023 class profile, web committee is working hard to finish up the 2022 class profile
- Internship repo: created 2023 internship repo + shared access with all reps
- Office team: brainstorming ideas to draw more external attention + bigger sense of community to our office
What we plan to do:
- Swag: finalizing merch item ideas for the term
- Class profile: continue reviewing survey-creation process
- Internship repo: create an internship opportunities submission form for anyone to fill out, researching opportunities
- Office team: keep brainstorming + solidifying office activity ideas

What we’ve been doing:
- Have been working hard on the Class Profile
  - Finishing up all of the different graph types
  - Working on front page/menus
- Working on online memberships with Syscom.
- Housekeeping the website (events, news)

- More improvements to the website, such as an office status indicator.
