Human resources

• this term we will focus more on training termcom members to be capable enough for syscom, so assign more tasks!

Mail system

• create membership@csclub.uwaterloo.ca and make it an alias for office@csclub.uwaterloo.ca
  • this will allow office staff to deal with general membership inquiries, reducing workload for syscom
  • club account inquiries will still be sent to syscom@csclub.uwaterloo.ca due to permission
  • TODO: contact office staff to start processing inquiries at mailbox
• termcom mailing list moderation
  • all termcom member will share a mailman account, credential can be found inside ~termcom
• FASS: advice switch away from our mailing system to IST's Microsoft Outlook system

Mirror

• mirror-checker-ng: Nathan will work on this
• mirror maintenance: we will need a backup mirror during main server is down
  • CSCF is supposed to have a backup mirror, but have been down for a long while: ask them if they're gonna to bring it back, or we will need to do it on our own
  • upgrade parts: ask CSCF when it will be purchased
• rotate rsync & SSH keys

CSClub Cloud

• csclub.cloud SSL certificate renew: Justin
  • Leo: help with that
• port forwarding for non-HTTP/HTTPS services
  • use high ports to indicate they are non-official services
  • syscom: ask IST if we can have 60000-65000 ports open on CSCloud load balancers

• create a global repository signing key & make a new ceo release
