Term Goals

  - CSC Mirror Upgrades:  Current CSC mirror is under very high demand. It also faces regular attacks... We are replacing failing/failed hardware and upgrading our hardware to better meet demands.

  - Security auditing/improvements: Implement CIS standards. Review all public-face services/systems. Improve "observability" and logging (eg. SSH logs). Review system accounts and configs.

  - Netapp Migration:  Inheriting out-of-service-contract CSCF hardware, replacing existing Netapp file server.

  - New Cloud server acquisition: Using MEF funding (~24k) we will be buying a new cloud server, hopefully with improved storage (flash nvme)

  - CSC Cloud Software Maintenance: (Long-term) Cloudstack maintenance issues. We may be migrating to a new platform

  - Club Web Hosting: Club-account support for CSC Cloud.

  - CSC Mirror Checker:  Deploy new blackbox checker (written by yours truly). Implement unsupported "projects".

  - CEO Issues: Huge back log of deliverables from the past two years. <3 completed issues from F23 from Termcom....... (bruhh)
